Hi!
I just bought and installed a new HD Seagate 1TB and after formatting it gets to 930GB so I'm wondering if it's possible to reduce the loss.
Or even make it full space.
Thanks!

That's perfectly normal. It has to do with the way that hard drive manufacturers calculate those sizes when selling products.
I have 500GB hard drives which...after formatting...yield 465GB of useful partitioned space.
