What kind or types of music do you like to listen to, while on your computer?

..........................................................................

I like all types, except Punk & Hip-Hop, but my #one best is the DooWop's sound, with the music of the 70's 2nd.

Poppy

I am a lot like you with my taste. For it seems to depend on what I am doing at the time. Like now if I'm just browsing the forum and answering things, almost anything is fine. Earlier in the day when I'm trading I like some thing soft, from classical to Andrea Bocelli. I prefer Bocelli as he sings in Italian and I don't cabeesh. Hence the music is excellent and the singing beautiful yet it doesn't distract me to sing along. I can concentrate on the screens.

EDIT: please check that link as it isn't working for me.

Back in the late 60's I didn't listen to mainline rock but more what was going around the college circuit. A lot of 6 and 12 string acoustic guitar

The best music site that I've found is Pandora Radio. You can build your own radio station to play whatever artist you want.

I like the oldies. Rock classics. New stuff too, absolutely no rap or gansta stuff. Not much into heavy metal either. Prefer the softer tones.

I do however listen to Jimi Hendrix a lot. And Evanescence... That's about as heavy as I like it.

Classical is good for when I'm working or just to relax. Anything Mozart, Beethoven or Chopin will do nicely. It really depends on the mood fo the moment.

Something old like Pink Floyd, Queen, Gary Moore. Andrew Lloyd Weber's rock-operas are great for me too.

When I'm listening to music it'd be a form of Metal (Death,Black,Speed etc)

But, If I'm on a forum, like now... I'd be listening to what I'm listening to now =/
Which is 'NeverWinter Nights 2' Original Soundtrack
It's a really great piece of Ambience
