It doesn't happen every time, but the last couple of times I have turned on my computer it starts in safe mode and says windows did not finish loading.

When windows has problems booting up in normal mode it will automatically boot up into safe mode the next time. Do you have any ideas why it is having trouble occasionally booting into normal mode?
