Well you can format Windows 2000 off your computer. But without an operating system your computer is useless. You can install a free linux distribution if you do not have any windows operating systems.

Can you provide us with any more information such as the service pack level of your OS? Also, the specs of your computer. Also, you can get Windows 2000 relatively cheap now a days. http://www.royaldiscount.com
