here is my problem.
I hv created pc to pc networking at my home. I am using the dial up internet connection.
whenever i give ip address to clien computer it losses internet connection.
I hv tried using gateway but unable to connect internet on client pc.
On host pc the internet is running ok.
Pl help me to resolve the issue.

Can you you give more detail i just had a issue similar to this yesterday.
Are you using a Dail-up connection as your primary source of internet? And trying to share the connection with another Computer Via Ethernet?
Also please tell me what OS you are using (Windows, Linux, mac,)
