Infected With Pop Ups webpages are running slow or not working at all

I started getting pop-ups about a week ago, they all have different names and different sites. A lot of webpages don't come up right with no graphics and my firefox just gives me 400 errors no matter what website i go to if I click it off a seach. I tried to run the Stinger and Panda but both after multiple tries would stop half way through. Here is my log:
