Trojan Virus Sending Spam Through My Computer, Is my computer completely clear of viruses and others?

New Member Group: Members Posts: 2 Joined: 19-August 08 Member No.: 231,414	Hi, my computer became infected with XP Antivirus 2008 two days ago and I used Anti-Malware to get rid of it but then I discovered there were other bugs as well. I ended up using SuperAntispyware, Spybot, Ad-Aware 2008 and McAfee Avert Stinger to get rid of all but one very resistant bug. Norton Antivirus detected that my computer was somehow sending out spam (up to 541 messages at a time) with a trojan virus attached. I don't know what else to do or use at this point. This virus is using up all my bandwidth everytime I connect to the Internet. Can someone take a look at my log and let me know what I need to do? Thank you very much! New Member Group: Members Posts: 2 Joined: 19-August 08 Member No.: 231,414	I uninstalled Norton and installed Avast v.4.8 which discovered a win32.Trojan-gen virus. I deleted it, rescanned, uninstalled Avast and then reinstalled Norton as I'm more comfortable with Norton. I ran a new HijackThis log. Please check and see if I'm free and clear of any more viruses. (This program is for XP and Windows 2000 only) Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program. Under Main "Select Files to Delete" choose: Select All. Click the Empty Selected button. If you use Firefox browser Click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All Click the Empty Selected button. NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt. If you use Opera browser Click Opera at the top and choose: Select All Click the Empty Selected button. NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt. Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program. For Technical Support, double-click the e-mail address located at the bottom of each menu. Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from here and save it to your desktop. Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT. Click Continue at the disclaimer screen. Once it has finished, two logs will open. Please post the contents of both log.txt (<<will be maximized) and info.txt (<<will be minimized) Please do a scan with Kaspersky Online Scanner Note: If you are using Windows Vista, open your browser by right-clicking on its icon and select 'Run as administrator' to perform this scan. Click on the Accept button and install any components it needs. The program will install and then begin downloading the latest definition files. After the files have been downloaded on the left side of the page in the Scan section select My Computer This will start the program and scan your system. The scan will take a while, so be patient and let it run. Once the scan is complete, click on View scan report Now, click on the Save Report as button. Save the file to your desktop. Copy and paste that information in your next post. In your reply please post the result of RSIT'log.txt and info.txt and Kaspersky's. Do not attach file. COPY/PASTE in you reply.
