For some time now my menu options of any given menu would be sunken into the edges. so i cannot change the size or view at all. What have i done to try and fix this? i've tried google but i found nothing. i've scanned with antispyware, virus, and registry fixers. If you dont understand then i'll show you a screen shot. Click

See what I mean? Any ideas onto fixing this? thanks for your time and assistance:)
