When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix logs. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.
To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

I also have the Antivirus XP 2008 on my computer. Every time I try to download the Malware program it take he to the page that states I have connection problems. I then run the test and it tells me that I am connected and to refresh the page. Nothing happens. I am about to toss the computer! I even did this in safe mode. Can someone please help me?

Its probably better to start your own topic than to ask your question on somebody else's.
You can download MBAM on a different computer, and use a flash drive (USB) to transfer the setup to the infected computer, eliminating the need to use the internet. I don't know what Antivirus XP 2008 does, so you might want to be careful in case it infects your flash drive. |
