I turned my windows firewall off, as ive got zone alarm now, but on my security status it says CHECK STATUS, i use to have ZoneAlarm firewall, it said firewall on, ive just reinstalled windows, and im not sure how to get it to say ON as it says my ZoneAlarm is unknown.

Also on my Firefox browser im installed the spyware blocker toolbar, and its not there, its just a blank bar, heres a picture.

Samuel3,
Cheers.

Hello samuel3,

It has been my experience that windows security centre is not that great, saying my programs were out of date or not working. My solution was to disable it.

The bar in firefox, have you tried reinstalling FF?
