No worries about the wait, Snowhite, am happy to get any help I can.
Here are the two logs from RSIT and the Kaspersky report. With the exception of checking in here, I have unplugged the computer from the internet and am still having the same problems so far. Thanks in advance again for the help. Hello Shyguy52
I ask that you refrain from running tools other than those we will ask you to while we are cleaning up your computer. The reason for this is so we know what is going on with the machine at any time. Some programs can interfere with others and hamper the recovery process. Thanks, thewall -------------------- |

According to your log you are using both AVG7 and and outdated Zone Alarm Security Suite Antivirus. Actually both of them are outdate since the AVG7 needs to be updated to AVG8.
I do not recommend that you have more than one anti virus product installed and running on your computer at a time. The reason for this is that if both products have their automatic (Real-Time) protection switched on, then those products which do not encrypt the virus strings within them can cause other anti virus products to cause "false alarms". It can also lead to a clash as both products fight for access to files which are opened again this is the resident/automatic protection. In general terms, the two programs may conflict and cause: False Alarms: When the anti virus software tells you that your PC has a virus when it actually doesn't. For the time being we will need to disable lAVG along with TeaTimer and run ComboFix. Afterwords you will need to make the decision on whether you want ot upgrade the Zone Alarm program or change over to AVG8. Keep in mind that your system is unprotected and we do not advise doing any Web Surfing until your protection is upgraded and active. To disable your AVG and TeaTimer please visit this page: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic114351.html Before performing the following please delete any copy of ComboFix that you now have on your computer. We will begin with ComboFix.exe. Please visit this webpage for download links, and instructions for running the tool: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/how-to-use-combofix Please ensure you read this guide carefully and install the Recovery Console first. The Windows Recovery Console will allow you to boot up into a special recovery (repair) mode. This allows us to more easily help you should your computer have a problem after an attempted removal of malware. It is a simple procedure that will only take a few moments of your time. Once installed, you should see a blue screen prompt that says: The Recovery Console was successfully installed. Please continue as follows:
When the tool is finished, it will produce a report for you. Please include the following reports for further review, and so we may continue cleansing the system: C:\ComboFix.txt New RSIT log. -------------------- |

ComboFix did not show up much so let's try something else.
We need to get your antivirus situations corrected so I need for you to uninstall the AVG7 and either update the Zone Alarm or delete it also, but keep in mind that your firewal is attached to the Zone Alarm Security Suite so if you choose to delete it you will need to reinstall a firewall. I am going to give you some options for both below. For a free anti-virus please follow these instructions: Click on this link: AVG
Avira Avast Click on this link:Sygate
Here is another free one:(Note. Use only one firewall) Comodo Also please perform the following: Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune & save it to your desktop.
Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and save it to your desktop.
When completed please post the log from MBAM along with a new RSIT log. -------------------- |

What did you do with relation to the Zone Alarm Security Suite being outdated? Did you update it and if you did was it before running th MBAM?

I did update it after uninstalling AVG. ZoneAlarm loaded when I restarted the computer and came up with the quarantine screen before I ran MBAM. Should I do something differently?

Can you look to see if these two files are in quarantine within your Security Suite?

Yes, both files are quarantined in Zonealarm. However, I have gotten this notice several times before for both files.

Open up your Zone Alarm and delete the two programs in question from quarantine
Since Zone Alarm is saying these are associated with Kaaza do you now have or have you in the past downloaded any Kaaza programs? Your log(s) show that you are using so called peer-to-peer or file-sharing programmes (in your case Limewire ). These programmes allow to share files between users as the name(s) suggest. In today's world the cyber crime has come to an enormous dimension and any means is used to infect personal computers to make use of their stored data or machine power for further propagation of the malware files. A popular means is the use of file-sharing tools as a tremendous amount of prospective victims can be reached through it. It is therefore possible to be infected by downloading manipulated files via peer-to-peer tools and thus suggested to be used with intense care. Some further readings on this subject, along the included links, are as follows: "File-Sharing, otherwise known as Peer To Peer" and "Risks of File-Sharing Technology. Please run a BitDefender Online Scan
Right click on Start choose Explore and find the following in bold and delete it: C:\rsit\info.txt In your next reply include the log from Bitdefender and a new RSIT log. There should be two text this time around and I would like to see both. -------------------- |

I deleted the two files on Zonealarm and went to the BitDefender site, but the scan wouldn't run (was trying on Microsoft Explorer). The "Scan Now" button came up, but would not respond to being clicked.
