Im trying to assist one of my friends in "fixing" his computer. I thought it may be a problem with software or some virus issue but it turns out it isnt. I happened to be reading the winxp tweaking guide that is posted on these boards and found a program named "SpeedFan". I ran it and it says that his core is at 75 degrees CELSIUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its burning up over here. Well Im not sure really how to use the program or what speed I should have it running at or even what temperature it should be at. Any help will be appreciated and Im sorry if this is the wrong area for the post and will be sure to move it if there is a problem.
Here is the SpeedFan log
