Hello PCIlliterateGal,
From what I remember when I was using that firewall, it relates to wireless adapters. Are you connecting via wireless or cable? Also if you open control panel right click on the adapter you are using and select properties. What is listed in the scrolling box? -------------------- Regards

No, I use DSL. I'm not sure what an adapter is, so I guess I don't have one.
