My lap didn't come with a vista CD so I guess it has a built in format/boot thing?

How do I format the thing please sad.gif

Keeps restarting when ever it wants and I cant download or install programs sad.gif

I just purchased a vista loaded computer.I have 6 gb. on a 64 bit.I can do 3 or4 things at once. More is always better ! thumbup.gif
