My HP Photosmart C4188 developed defect after I pulled out jammed paper. there after it indicates Cartridge Problem, Check Colour Cartridge. I checked Colour Cartridge 854 for any damage, but found none. HP site instructions followed but no result. I want to know how to go "Back Up mode" to still use printer as mentioned in site ?
what could be reason for working cartridge to become defective which i doubt.
what is the solutin ? please help.

When you removed the jam, did you notice if the paper was intact? It's possible some chunks are still jammed in there

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
