I have been using Opera for quite some time and am well acquainted with it.

However I recently have unloaded and installed Firefox and have unloaded and saved some extensions & plugins for it.

Could someone please let me know how to install these.

Thanks in advance.

If you downloaded these using Firefox (tools/extensions/update) these should already be installed; if you downloaded them from the Mozilla pages, these have installers built in, and all you need to do is to relaunch FF. Check the path above to determine if that is the case.
Cheers,
John
