help i cant connect to the internet anymore
both of my mozilla and IE 7 cant connect. it says only on IE 7 access (global policy)
please contact your network assistance....

the same thing for mozilla unable to browse.

but i can access my ym messenger. can receive chats
but when i go to surf the net both browsers cant aceess it.
please help
i tried to see my global policy settings and they are all working well.. allowed to connect to the net..
please help... I ALSO TRIED TO UPDATE MY AVG for that day it cant receive updates (sori) as of now my updates for avg is before it/....

this happened when my daughter was left to have her encoded documents from a flash drive... bdw i checked my avg (updated) and says it has no virus and clean... i dont know if its true but i sense there is something worng... pplease help... i looked at the task manager and i think all the processes are fine... i dont suspect or what... please help... i really cant access the internet... thank you and god bless..

(is there something wrong with my global policy settings? i checked it and all are okey...)

Hello heltune,

The event viewer may give some more information.

1. Click Start select run
2. Type eventvwr.exe
3. Press enter
4. Search through the groups for errors and warnings.
5. Double click on each error and or warning.
6. Locate the copy to clipboard button, (under the two arrows)
7. Let us know what you find. (paste the results)
