"0 free space" (in pink)?????? The pie chart is all blue. Is my drive any good anymore? Since it has "0 free space" !!!!! Any advice is greatly appreciated. |

I would have formatted as FAT32...I think that's a reasonable standard for external drives connecting via USB.
What file format did you elect? "External USB" can be various things...external hard drive or flash drive? Louis |

Have you tried this drive on another system?
Sounds like it's toast to me if it reflects zero space available and zero used space. You could always try running chkdsk on it, just like any other attached drive. My Computer, right-click on drive, Properties, Tools tab, Check Now, put checks in both boxes, Start. Louis |
