When I first got my HPtx1000, it worked fine with my HP6210 All-in-one. Then it didn't seem to recognize the printer. I uninstalled and re-installed the driver many times to no avail. HP tech support said that my printer is out of warranty (they just wanted my to buy a new printer). When I tried to scan there'll be a pop up that says "hpscnw not working" and Windows' trying to get a solution or something of that sort. Please help. Million thanks

Have you downloaded the Vista drivers from the HP website? Here's a link to them: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwar...;product=421991
I recall this sort of problem occurring if the XP drivers were installed (and with some of the early releases of the HP Vista drivers).
