My Hp Update Program Isn't Working Properly

Good Afternoon!

My HP printer program wants an update and it shows on my screen that it wants an update, but it doesn't appear to be working properly. Here is the pic of what I am seeing.

If you look in the lower right hand corner you can see that the HP Update image looks as if it has been cut off. How do I fix this?

I would assume that it's for the software and not a printer firmware update. Try opening one of the programs and look for the update option
