I am running with 3GB RAM now. Here are my specs:
Motherboard Asus M2N68-LA
*Dual memory archetecture
*4 240 pin DDR2 DIMM sockets
* Supported DIMM types ---PC2-5300 (667 MHz)----PC2-6400 ( 800 MHz )
* Non ECC memory only ( unbuffered )
*Supports 2 GB DDR2 DIMMS
*Supports up to 4 GB
I was told to actually use Dual memory I need matching sticks, And since Im running 3GBsnow they probably dont match, One probably has 2MBs, the other side 1MB. If I replaced the 1MB side with a 2 then added 2 more 2MBs would that work? Also whats the diffrence between the 667 MHz and the 800 MHzs? Which is better? Thankyou for your help
