You haven't listed a PSU for this build, one thing that you should take into consideration is that the minimum suggested wattage for you graphics card is 480W. Since you are going with this motherboard which only has the one PCI-E x16 slot, you will not be running SLI, so that PSU size will be adequite.

I suggest getting more than 2 GB of RAM if you're using Vista. Also, as dc3 said, you need a PSU. A power supply from Corsair or Silverstone would be a good choice.
