I still think you have to adjust your security settings. These things are very difficult to diagnose and will usually require some trial and error.

Well I got home yesterday and tried my you tube on this laptop. It is now connected to my dsl connection. Lo and behold, it works just fine, and there are no starts and stops and buffering like before. So I guess I will assume it was just the insufficient low wireless connections. Glad to have that problem fixed. Thanks for all your help.
