I seem to have deleted this file(px.ini) by mistake. Possibly happened when using CCleaner to clear out registry prior to doing full image Acronis backup, but never lost anything before......now when trying to open Sonic Media v7 I get this message. "SONIC DATA MODULE (!) SOURCE FILE NOT FOUND. C:\SwSetup\SonicDMP\SC_DATA_20\px.ini" and sonic keeps trying to install over and over. I then need to use Task Manager as the only way to stop it. Have tried to System Restore but that doesn't work.
Can this be fixed/ retrieved or have I lost Sonic forever? Computer is HP Compaq Presario V4000 Notebook and Sonic was pre-installed on purchase (April 2006). OS Windows XP Home SP3.
Any help greatly appreciated, but in basic language please as I am only a beginner(2yrs).
Thanks in advance - Cheers daddybear.
