The start up things I disabled are: hp digital imaging all in one files HpqSRmon application hp quick play I haven't pinpointed which particular file (s) are causing the problem yet. but did manage to narrow it down alittle. What do I do? I am not familiar with this computer. |

Autoruns and Process Explorer should give you a better idea of what, if anything, is trying to run in the backround
