I'm not too worried about my PC since I always keep a fan blowing at it. It keeps the heat down by by alot. But I am worried about my laptop. What is the best temperture to keep in both? Also in my PC, theres this one thing thats very high in temperture, aux. . .I think that was it. What is that?

I'm not sure what "aux" is but that usually stands for auxiliary. My laptop is usually at around 50C idle, and about 58C when I'm working on it. If it gets over the 70C then that's something to start worrying about. ;)
