Just wondering if anyone can tell me why I keep getting a popup on startup about a missing "dll".

Are you correct in your spelling?
"junrmihj.dll " does not show up anywhere in my searches. signs of a possible infection
I'd suggest one of these free online scans to ensure that you're not infected:
(Be advised that some of these scanners will pickup things in "quarantine" from other anti-virus programs - so review the results carefully)

take your computer to mafactr's repair shop
check bios
if ok, clear cmos.
buy a restore card.
restore card protect your bios.
when attacked - restore
check bios
if ok, clear cmos.
buy a restore card.

I would definitely clear the CMOS before taking it to a repair shop, But that has nothing to do with this case.
What is a restore card? Never heard of one
