I :trumpet: am trying to figure out how to save my settings and is the use of that file how? If so how (when you shutdown) do you use it to save settings .Steps to shutdown and save settings .Does this file save to live cd or does it use the Hard Drive ? :thumbsup: /opt/.filetool.lst :flowers:

It will not save changes to anything unless you decide to save the changes inside you formatted drive (most likely an ntfs drive). Another fun way to do this is to get a 512mb pen drive and install damn small on it. From there you have a nice 50 meg os with 472 megs of space for text files and anything else you want to keep. Your own portable PC for 10$ :thumbsup:
