If I interpret your post correctly, you just bought this laptop and brought it home when the problem occurred? If so, take it back while under warranty

i just want an easier solution, coz it just takes to long to phone them up, then send it away, then wait another week or so to get it back.just lookibg for a shortcut.

The fastest and easiest solution is to take it back to where you got it from, show them what it's doing, and get them to fix it. Because it's under warranty and brand new, you might even be able to get away with demanding an instant replacement. That's going to be a lot easier (and maybe quicker) than trying to sort the problem online.
