From what I read about it, its a program that can remove windows components, which doesnt seem very safe. Upon further reading, I derived that nlite can make an image of windows, with only the components of your choice. Which you can then burn to a cd.

Even if you dont use component removal, it still has some good features, like Service Pack integration, Driver Integration, and Hotfixes Integration..which I assume would help your comp run faster.
I dont have and DVD Discs, or a seperate HDD, to backup on before I test this out, but when I do, I will let you know how it worked.
If anyone has already tried out n-Lite, please give us your opinion
