Help
Has anyone else heard of this? It was 11:00 AM and I noticed my daughter's computer doing a virus scan. I have it set to scan at 2 in the morning. I opened the Control Center, the magnifying glass is moving showing that it's still scanning and the time elapsed says9 hours. The rest of the window is blank. The only way to stop the scan is to reboot the machine, then it will be OK until 2 AM, then the whole thing starts over. I've reinstalled 3 times, from different mirrors, tried safe mode, and nothing seems to work. I'll go with another program but this just has me curious

No, it's the first time I'm hearing this story!
Not encountered any problems with AVG so far... My scan is set to 10:00 PM and is neatly done.
