Your computer looks pretty solid. Perhaps more RAM? That's all I can see that you can upgrade.. take it to 8 GB like I did on my computer, although it is really overkill

Considering you're using 64-bit anyway, getting the most RAM you can afford is a good idea. 4 GB is adequate, but more is always better. That's a solid build.

The motherboard you selected is part of the 780 series of motherboards. If you want to stay in that series, I suggest MSI K9N2 Diamond AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA nForce 780a SLI ATX AMD Motherboard. If you're willing to downgrade slightly, the ASUS M3N72-D AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA nForce 750a SLI ATX AMD Motherboard is a good alternative. The most obvious difference between the two is that the 750a doesn't have three PCIe X16 slots, it has only two. All motherboards mentioned, your original and my alternatives, have on-board video which should be disabled in the BIOS before installing the graphics card. Unless you're planning on doing a triple SLI system, the 750a should suit your needs and be easier on your wallet.

I have a Gigbyte board, never a problem with it. HERE IS a link to what looks like a good board at Newegg.com....
