gone through all the freezing threads but cant seem to be able to fix the problem!!!

in the device manager i tried to update the drivers 1 by 1 but they were all up to date (froze about 16 time while i was doing it)

i ran the memory test all good!

ran eventvwr.msc and found all this information and errors

hi,,,, send it back and get a full refund,,, then get something else,,, zoostorm's are crap,,, friend of mine got one from a catalog,,, started it up,, hdd was a dud,,, sent it back for a new pc and they sent the same one back with a new hdd in but smaller,, i put a mark underneath it,,,lol,,, he booted it, it lasted half the night,,, hdd died again,,, he sent it back for a refund,,, they argued and tryed to blag him so he claimed it off his credit card. or at least get a new pc off them,,, and dont forget to put a small blob of nail varnish on the bottom, just incase.
good luck

hi,,, just looking at the second snip,,, were you installing Nero,,,,, as it failed,,, uninstall it if will let you,,,, boot in safe mode so only essential stuff starts and then uninstall nero and boot back in normal mode and see if this works.

Seriously, send it back. What happens if you temporarily fix it and it breaks again, just after the warranty runs out?

The sooner that you send it back, the more likely they are to take it without complaint.
