Hi!

I use Outlook 2007 primarily for the purpose of its Calendar. Now that it's summer my days usually have universal events such as sleeping and eating; and, for the most part, I eat and sleep for relatively the same length at the same time. I'd like it if I could somehow make a calendar template with my sleeping and eating times already filled in. Does anyone know how or if this can be done?

Thanks!

have you tried making a reoccuring entry? this should allow you to set your sleeping/eating times as a regular entry. hope this helps.

What jenny1978 says is a good advice. You can set daily, weekly, monthly or yearly reoccurring entry or even choose weekdays to repeat entries (it's in the Actions menu).
I gave up using MS Office Calendar. Try desktop scheduling calendars instead, they are much handier as for me. Read about the one which I use now, I like it very much - Screen Calendar. Maybe, you'll like it more than Outlook. By the way, there is Screen Calendar Outlook edition for people who are used to scheduling in Outlook Calendar. I don't use it, but you may like it.

hey, eLenka!
Thanks for the advice. I've downloaded this Screencalendar for Outlook yesterday. Works well, thinking of buying it.
