Vista Scan & Fax

I am running Vista home premium. I am wanting to use the Fax feature but it is not loaded (shown in the Programs features list). I have information that it should be included as a standard feature. Anyone with ideas?

Sorry, but I don't think that the "Scan and Fax" feature is included in Vista Home Premium:
