Windows Defender Will Not Uninstall & Reinstall Properly

Everytime i try to instal windows defender and reinstall it it give me a msg saying that its not able install ..what do i do?

"How to install and set up Windows Defender"

"Windows Defender FAQs" includes a section on "How to Remove Windows Defender"
"Windows Defender silent removal"
If you cannont uninstall Defender via Add/Remove, then download, install and use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility.
