When I'm browsing the net when I click a link within the browser or when clicking a link within a email, the window opens small and I have to enlarge it to full screen. It never used to do this. I have tried enlarging and holding shift or ctrl button and them closing window but it doesnt work.
any ideas would be appreciated
thanks

Hi ranber.
Try the other method that sometimes works.
Enlarge the window to full screen by clicking and dragging the corners and edges. (don't use the maximize button)
Now close all open browser windows by using File>Close from the menu. Launch IE and test.
