BleepingComputer.com: Outlook Express Com Surrogate Error

Hello ,

I am seeking assistance with a COM SURROGATE Error message when I am using OE .

This error is random in nature and I can not force it to lockup . Usually if I click ok on the error box and continue I can complete my e-mail reading / sending . Once or twice now I have continued to OE and I finally get to the point that it is so slow I have to Re-Boot to get back the normal OE functionally .
