Can some one please advise how to turn these off, Some how I ended up with these on the screen every time I turn the puter on, Help was useless, Told me to go to control panel>Program features>Window featuring> but then there was no Magnifier or narrator list to unclick the box for? I also continually get 'Windows has blocked some startup programs. Click to view blocked programs' Well I've clicked and clicked and clicked but have never viewed anything yet how do I get rid of this too. This is driving me mad.

Go to Start...All Programs...Accessories...Ease of Access...Ease of Access Center
In there you can set the options to stop the programs from loading.
In particular, click on the link for "Make the computer easier to see" and remove the check marks from the Narrator and Magnifier boxes.
Then click Apply, then click OK and it should stop running.
