BleepingComputer.com: Having a problem with this USEP virus

hi there... I'm currently having a problem with this USEP virus and I've done all the steps here. But it keeps on coming back. Anyway, Do I still need to be on safe mode while performing the MBAM scan? Heres my last MBAM log.

• Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
  
• Under Main "Select Files to Delete" choose: Select All.

• If you use Firefox browser click Firefox at the top and choose: Select All
  
• Click the Empty Selected button.
  If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

• Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Note: On Vista, "Windows Temp" is disabled. To empty "Windows Temp" ATF-Cleaner must be "Run as an Administrator".

• Double-click SUPERAntiSpyware.exe and use the default settings for installation.
  
• An icon will be created on your desktop. Double-click that icon to launch the program.

  • Under Scanner Logs, double-click SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log.
    
  • If there are several logs, click the current dated log and press View log. A text file will open in your default text editor.
    
  • Please copy and paste the Scan Log results in your next reply.
  
  
• Click Close to exit the program.

I cant download ATF cleaner.

Didn't find anything. My Task Manager is still down and When I scanned with MBAM, it comes up with the same result as the first post.

An update here.
I just tried deleting the file manually.
I went to safe mode went to command prompt.

del autorun.inf

(How do I delete the Cool USEP Scandal.vbs using the prompt?)
(I tried typing in del Cool USEP Scandal.vbs but it says file not found even is I see it in the C: directory.)


After doing so. I made the scan For MBAM and SuperAntiSpyware.
I press ctrl+alt+del and My task manager Opened.
I tried to type in regedit but it is still disabled.
I rebooted my PC and everything was back.
