When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix logs. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Please temporarily turn off teatimer by First Right click Spybot in the System Tray * Choose Exit Spybot S&D Resident Second * Open Spybot S&D * Click Mode, check Advanced Mode * Go To Left Panel, Click Tools, then also in left panel, click Resident * If your firewall raises a question, say OK * Uncheck the box labeled Resident Tea-Timer and OK any prompts. * Use File, Exit to terminate Spybot * Reboot your machine for the changes to take effect. NEXT Run part one only of S!Ri's SmitfraudFix Please download SmitfraudFix Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present). Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply. Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Make sure that *everything is checked, and click Remove Selected. When removal is completed, a log report will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to restart your computer. (see Note below)* The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM. Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply and exit MBAM. Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
