John My goal is to get this (or any other platform I decide to use in the future), to run any and everything I need it to. I want the ability to use all things that a microsoft user and a Mac user can, with the power in the linux platform. Is this possible? |

My favorite first book (not Mandrake specific, more RedHat) was
Linux for the Windows Addict:A 12 Step program http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detai...=glance&s=books A lot of learning comes from doing and asking. Forums and mailing lists are great when you have a question because someone has already had your problem. Mandrake Forums - http://www.mandrakeusers.org/index.php?act=idx -------------------- |
