Hi,
i have the following files in my system:
avgcfx.dll, avgngx.dll, avglogx.dll, avgwd.dll, avgwdsvc, and avgwdwsc.dll.
I'm trying to delete this,i even got my hidden administrator account set up to delete this files, but it looks like a mission impossible!
Can someone, please tell me out to delete this files?

Hello Paulo Nuno and welcome,

Those files belong to AVG, if you don't mind me asking, why are you trying to remove components relating to the stable working condition of your security software?

You can probably remove the files using unlocker
Regards,

Alan.

I had free AVG 7.5,then i bought AVG 8.0 Pro, so i uninstalled the 7.5,
then installed the 8.0,but the installation didn't go all the way,it reported a error.
then i unsintalled the 8.0(exept those files that i didn't even know were still in the system),and tryed to install the free 7.5,wich wasn't possible anymore(reporting the same error).
Now i can't install the 7.5,i have the 8.0 that i bought in my home country(in a certified shop) and can't install it .
My laptop is slow as a snail, and depending on the mood keeps stoping to respond.

There have been lots of problems with AVG recently. Are there any error messages when you try to install the latest version.
Regards,

Alan.

They have a very similar detection rate. http://www.av-comparatives.org/ is a great site that will help you choose a good AV program.

I switched to Avast Free when I moved to 64 bit Vista (AVG wasn't compatible at that time) and have been very happy with it.
