Hi Anyone,

I resized partitions on my external backup drive yesterday and I was trying to copy some documents to it for backup today and I'm getting this error:

Error: 0x80070571 This disk structure is corrupted and unreadable.

I am also having a hard time getting a steady stream for Yahoo!'s Jukebox? which program is on my internal hard drive.

Would these problems be related and how would I correct them if they are? Other wise individually.

Thanks,

John

I would run the disk checking program on your external drive. Right click on the drive in Windows Explorer and select Properties, then select the Tools tab, then the Error checking button. Check both options in the next dialog box and then click OK.
