When I choose different eraser size in Photoshop, the circle usually changes size, so i have an ituitive idea of the size of the eraser.

but recently, no matter what size i choose, the erase always appears to be single dot. How could I get the circles back?

thanks for any comment.

Go into your preferences, and under Display and cursor, change it to brush size under painting cursors.

Also check that your "Caps Lock" is turned off. I've had this happen a few times when editing text.

Chief.
