Firefox And Ie Keeps Closing

I have recently had problems with FF and IE closing for no apparent reason .. sometimes it freezes or just says an error has occured and needs to close and asks to send an error report.. have been online searching for a answer to fix this . I downloaded regcure to see if it will fix the problem and have antivirus programme. It seems a bit better but still closes or freezes ? Frustrated please anyone help im not that it savvy lol

Hello wonders and welcome,
The problem could be anything at this point.
Can you look in the event viewer for errors and warnings to do this click start then run and type Eventvwr.msc
Also, open firefox and type in the address bar about:crashes do you see any errors?
