Hi Guys,
I've been looking at ways one could increase ICT related awareness around my immediate community of people and I reckon the best idea presently would be having a sort of newsgroup or mini-forum where ICT related stuffs would be posted and everyone would have access to and also post replies (much more of a forum like this). The question now is: "How do I create such newsgroups"? I think I've seen something like 'Newsgroups' in Outlook but I'm not sure if it's in the most recent version. I'm kinda clueless about how to start up this Newsgroup thing and it has to be with Outlook 2007 cos that's the email utility everyone here uses. Useful suggestions and comments would be very helpful, please...
