Display Settings 16 Bits

My Display setting will not let me change it form 16 bits when I try. It stays on ( 640 x 480 )I am using Windows 98 can anyone help please.

Hi vhenning

What is happening is your computer is using the standard VGA mode adapter driver. What I need from you is ... what kind of video card you have. If the video is part of the system board, I need to know what type of system board you have. We get that... everything is roses.
