i have 2 windows vista on my computer, but i only use one, how can i remove another one?

How did the 2nd copy get there? What make and model is your computer?

When i bought the computer it only have one, then later i installed a cracked program and crashed it. Then installed another one on it

It's likely that the cracked copy is causing the problems. I'd suggest obtaining a legitimate copy of Vista and installing that fresh.
