Every time I come to the parents it's not for a vacation but for tech support.

I've already spent over 48 hours on this thing. I think this website can help. I figured out that mom didn't change her basic routine, but one morning she turned on the PC and found all sorts of garbage popping up.

Currently my examinations have determined that dad browsed for some porn the night before.

I'll point him to some "good" porn sites that aren't as dangerous, but meanwhile, CABINETA.DLL is kicking my @$$.

Happy vacation! I am sure our Members can help with the malware problem so that you can actually enjoy something other than computer troubleshooting.
Regards,
John
